The traditional culture of brewery inns has been revived in the southern district of Cologne. Typical Cologne specialities are now on offer again at the spot where the Heinrich Reissdorf Private Brewery was once established in 1894. If you drop in at "Zum Alten Brauhaus" in the Severins quarter of Cologne you won´t just be met with hospitality, good company and delicious food: you will also encounter a great atmosphere and - of course - Reissdorf Kölsch beer, fresh from the barrel. All good reasons why this newly opened brewery pub is already considered one of the special highlights of Cologne gastronomy.
When it comes to looking after the guests a Cologne brewery pub simply has to have the classic Cologne waiter, of course, with his special brand of charm. The service team spoils the customers, for example with hearty knuckles of pork, roast or boiled, as well as delicious marinated pot roast. A particular culinary delight are the home-made Cologne specialities, like the little sausages filled partly with black pudding, made by the local butcher. If you want to hold a party here with friends or family the separate party hall can accommodate up to 100 people. Of course there is also seating capacity in the front rooms.
"Zum Alten Brauhaus" in Severinstraße: Celebrate and enjoy the food and drink to your heart`s desire, here where Cologne life really pulsates.
